Excellent food and service for every occasion
We are a family run catering company based in beautiful Coggeshall, Essex. We have a well-established history of event catering with over 15 years of experience, catering for intimate fine dining events to large weddings and corporate functions. We pride ourselves on working with local venues, and supporting local businesses.
Our Service to You
We know, first hand, how overwhelming it can be to organise any event, and therefore we promise to do our best to make the process as stress-free, and seamless as possible.
BESPOKE MENU
Our menus are merely a guide. If you have a particular idea in mind, please contact us to discuss it, as our aim is to create a menu that is bespoke and perfect for you and your event.
TASTINGS
For all our bridal couples we offer a complimentary* tasting of canapés, starters, mains and desserts. This does also include BBQ options, platters, and accompanying salads. This generally takes place at your chosen venue and with the owner (head chef) Adam.
ECO-FRIENDLY
We are increasingly aware of the impact the hospitality sector has on the environment. We recycle as much as we can. We only use wooden cutlery for our more informal events. When supplying food boxes these are always biodegradable/compostable.
NO HIDDEN EXTRAS
We like to keep things as simple as possible, and therefore there are no hidden costs or extra. Our pricing are mostly including of all linen, staff, crockery, cutlery etc costs. This means the price quoted, is the actual price.
SUPPORT LOCAL
We pride ourselves on supporting local businesses and thus the local economy. We have built brilliant working relationships within the local community which enable us to provide the client with more economical pricing
VENUES ARE OUR FAMILY
When we work with a venue, we want it to feel as if we are one big team, all helping the client to have a fantastic, memory making event.
Dietary Requirements
We cater for all allergies and requirements including dairy free, gluten
free, vegan, vegetarian, and many more.
We also operate a "nut free" environment and do not use any nut based ingredients in our kitchen the remove the risk of cross contamination

Additional hire items and food trailers
Throughout 2023 we have seen a new era of catering emerging. More and more people are opting for a less formal, more street food-sharing theme. With that in mind we have diversified to make this more possible. Introducing our pizza oven, mobile street food catering kitchen, sweet treat trailer, and mobile bar.
